Single-family homes remain the strongest segment.

Most cities saw homes close within one to two weeks.

21 Peninsula closings — Menlo Park at $2.25M, Belmont at $1.52M.

Condos.
136 South Bay and 52 Peninsula closings. Most cities closed at or near asking. Days on market ran one to two months, the slowest of the three segments. Sunnyvale (103.33%) and Burlingame (103.29%) were among the few above list.

Reading the numbers.
A sale-to-list ratio above 100% indicates multiple competing offers. Cities with fewer than five closings in a month are driven by individual transactions and should be read with caution.
